first world problems

Postby Mulligan » Wed Oct 28, 2015 2:30 pm

I've got one of those wall chargers for my phone that requires a wide berth, hogging up two outlet spaces. This has resulted in minor inconvenience.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what 'it' was. Now, what I'm with isn't 'it,' and what's 'it' seems weird and scary.

You think that YOU have problems? Sheesh. At my work the wireless signal get interrupted and so my phone searches endlessly, even when it's in my pocket, and the charge gets expended. Some days I have to recharge twice.

The bulb in the basement fridge burned out, and the clock on the basement stove is flashing 00:00.
Soon I discovered that this rock-thing was true...

I ordered some faceplate USB chargers and missed the delivery. Now I have to go to the post office to pick them up.
My Goodness! What's going on? What's happening?

Flat tire today on Telegraph in Monroe. Cold as hell changing it in the parking lot of the former La Z Boy factory.
It's not as easy as it used to be finding time to let my mind wander.

Apparently the manufacturer of EZ-Pass devices is severely backlogged ... I've got to pay tolls on the Illinois/Indiana road with cash and coins.
My hand to God, she's gonna be at Carnegie Hall. But you - I'll let you have her now at the old price, OK? Which is, which is anything you wanna give me. Anything at all.

If you are near the Ohio Turnpike they sell them at the service centers during normal hours, I purchased mine there. My parents bought theirs at a supermarket in Illinois. In Indiana they are available at some CVS locations. EZ pass is EZ pass weather you got it in Maine or Ohio. It is great for heading out to the East Coast, even works on the bridges between Canada and New York now.

Unfortunately, I'm on the other side of Indiana and cannot get one at any CVS in the region. Every one tells you they're out before you can finish asking them.
Even better, the Indiana website to order one is down.

I've been putting off draining (and maintaining) the pool and now I have a lot more cleaning to do.
By using the El Dorado Atmospheric and Oceanic temperatures thermal map. I caculated the contrary direction where the polar jet stream is going and it didn't look pretty.

My local tobacco/electronic tobacco store was out of cinnamon flavored vape oil this morning.

I went with a vanilla oil instead but it isn't the same.

My dog woke me up at 8:30 on a Saturday. For no reason at all.

I cleaned the boat, then it rained and leaves landed on the swim platform and left small brown marks so I have to pressure wash it again.

I hate it when the cleaning people send a different girl and not only does she not clean as well as the regular girl, she puts things away in weird spots. I just found a casserole dish stuffed behind the cereal bowls.
