I see you more now than when you lived here.

Interested in the 1:05 game vs. KC on the 18th?
Clearly if I had the needs and funding I would surely invest here and become the change Detroit needs.

Flying back at 9:30 am. But maybe, just maybe, I can switch it up.

Fortunately there are over 100 bars, restaurants, and other things within walking distance downtown so you'll have other options. Be grateful you aren't from Cincinnati where there is just the one Applebees everyone goes to.

to be clear, it is just one Applebees to which everyone drives....
Make no new female acquaintances; avoid soirees; call on old friends occasionally. Write good letters to absent friends, and attend church once each Sunday.

Can't get a hotel downtown next Tuesday -- what's going on?

Or has the city risen?

Didn't you hear? We're having another Superbowl this week.

Just like the Superbowl but with more engineers.

That was my guess. That really sucks. Anyone want to drive me to the airport after darts?

Ya Mar, Hotwire has a two-star hotel in Southfield for just $48 a night!

Thanks Dag.

But I think I will stay out by the airport.

Not meaning that I will not hang out with you all.

Just not to the extent to which I was planning.

Why don't you just stay at the old house? It's not like anyone is buying it.
