And it might be time for ol' Gullycanyon ta kick yer ass, too, Beav.

But seriously, I am keeping a slightly lower profile today, as those of you who paid attention probably noticed that My Boy Brandon went a long way toward single-handedly (or better, maybe: "no-handedly") fucking up that game for us, including making the final out.

Gotta love Bonine, though, for having worked up a brand-spanky-new pitch-- a knuckler, no less-- while nobody was paying attention, and actually being able to use it to great effect.

Possible problem: That same spot, in the rotation, comes up for Game 162, which means if we use Bonine there, again, the CWS will be seeing him again, and they may not be caught quite so off-guard by that knuckler, or anything else.

It's a problem, I think.

Made the drive only to have it rained out tonight. Anyone want my two tix for tomorrow's make-up game? It is at noon. PM me with your name/email before 7 am and they're yours.
Hmmmm....maybe I should be a large map of metro Detroit for on my wall, so I better know the relationship of my city and the suburbs. - Supersport

Shark, you know if you cannot make the make up game if you call the box office they will exchange the ticket for another game.

What a surprise, the Tigers have only scored one run in 6 innings.

And have stranded seven. Porcello just left with two men on and one out for Zach Miner ... I don't like the look of this.
My hand to God, she's gonna be at Carnegie Hall. But you - I'll let you have her now at the old price, OK? Which is, which is anything you wanna give me. Anything at all.

Appreciate it. Times like this really make me pine for the days that the Tigers were WJR. Even here I can still get WJR in during the day. Not well, but it does come in....

By using the El Dorado Atmospheric and Oceanic temperatures thermal map. I caculated the contrary direction where the polar jet stream is going and it didn't look pretty.
