Mr. Lohan is channeling the crazy ex-girlfriend of my buddy. They were a long-time item while in school, but it dawned on him that she was nuts so he'd start the whole I-need-to-grow-and-find-myself-and-meet-new-people breakup spiel. She'd realize what was coming and fall into a conniption/asthma/panic attack and everything else that she could think of, thereby necessitating (necessitating, that is, if you're a somewhat normal and sensitive person without a desire to see an acquaintance needlessly die in front of you) an ambulance ride to the hospital. Beset with guilt, my pal would ride along in the ambulance and by the time that they'd pull into Sparrow's ER he would have agreed that no, they were not breaking up and in fact we're stronger than ever.
