I'd trade John Amos for him in a flash...
Just another run of the mill suburban white devil, with an "Assault" weapon. Molon Labe.

Her first TV gig was as Happy Hotpoint, a dancing sprite selling Hotpoint appliances. Her next big gig was as a pair of legs as the receptionist Sam on Richard Diamond, Private Detective. Her legs were apparently her early claim to fame. I assume you're a leg man?

Trying to explain to a youngster who she was, I came across this compilation of her trademark intro (inspired by the MGM lion) as adapted for a variety of shows produced by MTM Enterprises.

She had her hands in a lot of stuff.

Not that he was well-known around the world, but guitarist Robert "Strings" Dahlqvist from my favorite band The Hellacopters died from unknown (as of now) causes. He was only 40.

There's a funny story Rob Reiner tells of being a 13 year old (nebbish) kid on the set of "The Dick VanDyke Show", which his father wrote and appeared as "Alan Brady". Young Robbie Reiner would see MTM cavort around the set in those Capri pants and one day he couldn't contain himself, he just grabbed two hands full of MTM toushie. She was a little surprised, but handled it well, with out finking to Rob's old man.
