The girlfriend (Ball St. grad) wants to go up to Mount Pleasant on Wednesday to see the game. I would rather sit in the nice, warm living room and watch it on TV ... where, once again, it's a lot warmer than it'll be up there.

Anything bad I can say about CMU or its city would be much appreciated.
My hand to God, she's gonna be at Carnegie Hall. But you - I'll let you have her now at the old price, OK? Which is, which is anything you wanna give me. Anything at all.

Anyone want to meet up and watch WMU battle Ball State tonight on the teevee?

Some Bronco friends and I are headed up to Bdubs in Ferndale. I'll drive.

Andy?
Davecat?

Any other Broncos in the mix?
Basically, I believe you have to do what you love, learning as a loan wolf, before you can join a pack.

I think I'm meeting up with a Chip and watching it downtown.
Clearly if I had the needs and funding I would surely invest here and become the change Detroit needs.

Next season, WMU plays both U-M (9/5 in Ann Arbor) and MSU (11/7 at Ford Field).

In addition, CMU is at MSU 9/12.

The WMU superiority extends beyond the football field. I've seen billboards lately proclaiming WMU one of the nation's top universities, according to US News and World Report. My brother [WMU '88] seems a little cockier.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what 'it' was. Now, what I'm with isn't 'it,' and what's 'it' seems weird and scary.

Thank goodness Western put the MAC ahead of their own aspirations. They figured it would be better to have an undefeated MAC team than to have Central win the West Division. Well played.
