So the guy in the white Grand Am is collecting money from people who wish to park in the lot.

I'm to the point where I'm ok if it's a bum, but if these are the contractors for the Whitney Building renovation and they are using a public closed lot to profit? That's pretty shitty.

Not that there's anything I can do about it, except pad this thread.

I spoke too soon apparently, looks like they attracted the attention of the authorities.

Now they're back at it. Who the hell knows anymore. Just wonder where that money is going.

And the cops are back. They had a conversation. Not sure what happened though.

You would like to think that the rightful owner of said property would just put up a huge fucking sign that says "Don't ever pay anyone to park here, it's not theirs to sell"
