Found Music

Serendipity isn't an enemy, but it usually disappoints. Once in while though, something good or even awesome hits the radar. Here's a piece of found music which came from nowhere and surprisingly has landed in the FUIGB Top-40.

The Disco Boys - Born to Be Alive

Two and a half good reasons for me to not like this, but for today this is in heavy rotation.

Included on the Overkill cd re-release if you ever need to upgrade from vinyl.

Overkill made me think of this, which I guess you can say is a find. I listened to them on the iPod last night driving up to SR's place.

This song also began Life on Mars last night, which tickled SR that I remembered a song from 1973.

I'm pretty sure it was also a McDonald's commercial.

From what I've seen...they're moving onto to Schlitz. Either way...a can should be fired in that direction.

I have high hopes of landing a skinny hipster chick with curly brown hair.

Is that too much to ask?
